1. When reporting a problem
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, My Bloomy version and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help, but remove any private information first. Do not send your entire backup unless it is specifically needed.
2. Try the demo at first launch
On the final welcome screen, leave the demo switch on and choose “Start with the demo collection”. The collection contains 16 plants with photos, care history and harvests. To start without examples, turn the switch off and choose “Add First Plant” or “Later”. Skipping the welcome screens before the final page also leaves your collection empty.
3. Load the demo later — back up first
Open More → Load demo data and read the confirmation before continuing. Loading the demo replaces your current plants, journal and photos; it does not add examples alongside your own records. Settings are kept. First save a backup using More → Export/Backup. Cancel the confirmation if you do not want to replace your collection.
4. Back up and move your journal
Open More → Export/Backup to save a copy. To restore or move your collection, use Import Backup on the destination iPhone. My Bloomy does not automatically synchronise devices.
5. Manage reminders
Check the care cycle and the app’s notification, quiet-hour and vacation settings. Also check notification permission for My Bloomy in iOS Settings. Reminders are local; no account is needed.
6. Delete your data
Use More → Settings → Reset Data to remove your local journal and photos. Exported backup files and iOS backups must be managed separately. There is no online account to delete.
